Hi lili,
I am using windows xp and these days it cost a long time to load the windows. Every time I start my computer. About 4 minutes. I didn\'t install any software except Joy fax software on my computer these days. However, Joyfax Server works OK, and I am sure it doesn\'t have a virus.
Can any one help??

You know, a slow-booting PC could be the result of a host of things, but for now, let\'s concentrate on your fax program.
Are you in fact saying that before you went and installed the fax program, you didn\'t experience the problem you\'ve described? If so, then it looks like your newly installed fax program might just be the culprit here. Judging from the program\'s name, I\'m guessing you\'re actually using it in a network environment, correct? Assuming that you are, it\'s quite possible that on boot-up, the fax program\'s driver is trying to connect to one or more stations in your network. If any or all of those stations are turned off at that moment, then it might cause the driver to generate a delay in boot-up time. The same goes for stations that are simply not connected, or a misconfiguration of your network settings either in Windows or your fax program. You might want to have a look at that.
In case my aforementioned suggestion is not applicable in your situation, you might also want to have a look at the following three websites. Although I have to say, that they can in fact be pretty helpful in any case!
